When it comes to the question of which non-alcoholic drink goes with sushi, you might think that it’s not that easy to make the right choice, but in our opinion that’s not the case.

The best non-alcoholic drinks to go with sushi, which is generally considered to be a delicate dish, are those that have a softer taste so they do not overpower the flavor of the sushi. So the drink must aim to balance the taste and not overpower it.

There is a wide variety of sushi, and depending on the raw seafood or fish on the rice and the fillings inside, the wine combination can vary, so there is no one perfect drink combination. When choosing a drink to pair with sushi, consider the ingredients of the sushi you plan to serve to choose an appropriate drink for lighter flavors and for stronger flavors. As for non-alcoholic drinks, many options tend to have a strong flavor to mask the lack of alcohol.

We can proudly say that one of our main intentions was to develop a versatile, well-balanced sparkling wine made from fresh citrus that could also pair with a variety of sushi. Most importantly, with its light, refreshing acidity and invigorating bubbles, BurNarj Cero is an amazing palate cleanser that refreshes the mouth between bites, making each bite taste like new and showcasing the many different textures of sushi. It also brings out the flavors hidden in the ingredients.

Cero is one of the most versatile non-alcoholic beverages with sushi because it enhances the flavor of the seafood. It does not compete with the natural taste of the food. It also allows you to enjoy the variety of flavors and textures of individually handcrafted sushi topped with a variety of seafood, fish or avocado and filled with traditional Japanese fillings such as sliced cucumber, pickled daikon, dried squash, bell bell pepper or radish or non-traditional Japanese ingredients such as avocado or mango and others.

This non-alcholic Orange Sparkling wine goes well with everything from simple California Rolls to traditional Japanese sashimi or Western-style makizushi, and pairs especially well with fish egg sushi due to the natural salt content of the fish eggs.

BurNarj Cero goes well with any raw sushi and is ideal with Yellowtail Tuna and Albacore Tuna. Pairs well with fatty fish such as salmon or silvia or with smoked fish or squid in sushi dishes. Perfect for fried shrimp sushi.

BurNarj Cero is also a good choice with Japanese dishes such as ikura, tobiko and masago. The slight acidity of BurNarj Cero pairs well with fried, oily tempura, as it helps penetrate the oil and round out the flavor, and also cleanses the palate by creating a balance between the tempura and the non-alcoholic orange sparkling wine.

When eating rolls or spicy sushi, choose a chilled BurNarj Cero, which also helps cool the mouth after eating spicy sushi and cleanses the palate so every bite tastes like new.

However, if you are eating nigiri, for example, you should not drink BurNarj Cero. The cold temperature of BurNarj Cero numbs your taste buds and makes it difficult to taste the dish.

Next time you order sushi, ask for BurNarj Cero and discover new flavors and textures with every bite.

Often, Indian cuisine is portrayed as part of a unified, national cuisine, but in reality, cooking styles in India vary by culture, ethnic groups, and economic status. Indian cuisine consists of a variety of regionally specific and distinct cuisines and is shaped by the geographic and historical characteristics of the four main regions – north and south, east and west. The cuisines also differ from each other and by the use of locally available spices, herbs, vegetables, and fruits.

Given the diversity of Indian cuisine, with so many regions and each region with its own plethora of dishes and many combinations of spices, sauces and seasonings, it is difficult to focus on a small subset of dishes here.

In general, many Indian dishes try to combine the elements of sweet, salty, bitter and sour, and you should find a way with the drink to balance this mix of spices and depth of flavor.
